Germany invented Archaeopteryx lithographica 150 million years ago
China likely invented the older avialans 165 million years ago
England could have invented dromaeosaurs 168 million years ago
Canada definitely invented chordates 530 million years ago because we’re the best
Realistically it’s impossible to say where anything specifically originated, since evolution is a progression rather than a series of distinct stages, and even outside of that it’s very unlikely that we’d ever find the fossil of the “first” of anything. But, when it comes down to it, basically, in a roundabout way Canada definitely invented birds so you’re welcome
